The Daily Journal of Commerce reports construction of the 14-story inpatient addition is proceeding on Marquam Hill. OHSU says the IPA’s primary services will be surgical oncology and cellular therapy. The building is expected to open with 128 beds and enough space to hold up to 64 more in April 2026.
