Instructor Rachel Wood was a personal trainer with a strong interest in the effects of exercise on recovery when she filmed the "Exercise for Women Healing from Cancer" video, distributed by Knight Cancer Institute. Shortly after the DVD was made, Wood was accepted to medical school, where she can put the knowledge she gained about exercise as medicine into practice. (Screen shot from video)
