The Kids Making Miracles program was started in 1991 as a way to give back to the hospital that saved Myron Child’s daughter Beckie, nearly 28 years ago. Beckie was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma in her left femur bone and underwent surgery at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. (OHSU)
